IMPORTANT: Shipping dates above apply to delivery in the continental U.S. only. For transit times and shipping deadlines to Alaska, Hawaii, military bases, or international locations, please contact support@ravenscroftcrystal.com.

If you do not see your desired method of shipping available at checkout, please contact our office at 212-463-9834. Representatives are available Monday through Friday between 8am-4pm EST.
Gift Buyers: To process your return, contact us at email@shopravenscroft.com and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you. At this time, we are unable to offer free returns or exchanges for orders placed outside the continental U.S.
Gift Recipients: At this time, we offer free exchanges for gift recipients. Contact us at email@shopravenscroft.com, and our dedicated customer service team will assist you with your options.
In order to return/exchange your item, you must retain all original packaging. Items that are returned without original packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded. Please package your return carefully; we are not responsible for items that are broken during return shipping.
